Do you sell frames?

I don't sell frames becuase they are so easily damaged in the post.  My prints are standard sizes (A4 / A3 etc) and so fit most shop bought frames.  Places like Ikea, Dunelm or B&Q have a great range of affordable frames in multiple colour options.  

 

What is your shipping policy?

I aim to ship within 1 - 3 business days of your order.  I ship with Royal Mail and generally use 2nd Class postage unless you specify otherwise.  You will usually have your order within 5 days.  

If you are local to Warsash, Hamsphire then select 'local pick up' at check out and I will be in touch with you to arrange when you can collect, or often I will drop it off to you myself.

If you for any reason your item does not arrive within 10 days then I can arrange a replacement or a refund.  

 

Do you do commissions?

Yes, I do.  If you would like to discuss a commission then please get in touch either via my contact page or email me at sophiescottdesigns@gmail.com.  

I do commissioned location prints, logo design, illustrations, leaflets, re-branding and more, so ask away!
