What are your frame sizes?

My frames are Ikea RIBBA frames and come in two sizes.

A4 print frame - width 32cm / height 42cm

A3 print frame - width 42cm / height 52cm

 

Do your frames have glass in them?

No, but you can't tell!  The frames come with acrylic instead of glass which means no chance of breaking in transit.  It also means these frames are safer for a child's bedroom or playroom. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

I aim to ship within 1 - 3 business days of your order.  I ship with Royal Mail and generally use 2nd Class postage unless you specify otherwise.  You will usually have your order within 5 days.  

If you are local to Warsash, Hamsphire then select 'local pick up' at check out and I will be in touch with you to arrange when you can collect, or often I will drop it off to you myself.

If you for any reason your item does not arrive within 10 days then I can arrange a replacement or a refund.  

 

Do you do commissions?

Yes, I do.  If you would like to discuss a commission then please get in tough either via my contact page or email me at sophiescottdesigns@gmail.com.  

I do commissioned location prints, logo design, illustrations, leaflets, re-branding and more, so ask away!
